Bathroom Mirror with Shelves
Many people have asked me where we purchased our bathroom mirror, and unfortunately, I can’t find it online.
This mirror was one of those awesome finds at Home Goods!
The main reason fell in love with this mirror is because of its unique built-in shelves! If you know me, I am all about functional items in the home!
Below are some other great similar options that you may like!
Happy Shopping 🙂

Best Paint for Bathroom Vanity + Cabinets!

Two years later, we are back with another mini makeover of the same bathroom!
If you read our first bathroom makeover (below), you saw that we just simply painted our bathroom vanity. We loved the paint color, but unfortunately, our bathroom vanity was just dated and we decided to just buy a new one that didn’t take as much space and was more functional.
WELL…we regret doing that.
This is because in less than a year, our new bathroom vanity started chipping away! We were so disappointed. It is like they forgot a protective layer, or something.
Good thing, we kept the leftover paint we used, because we LOVE this paint color (Earl Grey) and set from Giani (ordered on Amazon).
This set has everything you need! It comes with an amazing paint brush, rollers, and paint that is especially made for cabinets to last long!
Which is exactly what we needed after that disappointing bathroom vanity purchase.
Why do we love Giani Cabinet Paint?
-You can easily paint in one day with their paint!
– Low VOC, low odor, water-based acrylic paint and primer all in one!
– No need to sand, strip, or even, prime with Giani!
– Yes, you can paint on top of wood, laminate and primed, or painted metal cabinets.
– And finally…it has a beautiful satin finish that is not tacky glossy.

Bathroom Backsplash
Peel + Stick Tiles
What did she just say?!
Yep, I said peel and stick tiles!
Have you heard of peel and stick tiles?!

These tiles are not real tiles, but many people think they are!
Which is a total win, especially if you are on a budget
or can’t commit to a backsplash design,
like me!
Tic Tac Tiles has many different designs.
This hexagon design was something I have always wanted to experiment with, but was always hesitant about. After installing it, I am SO GLAD I chose this hexagon design by Tic Tac Tiles!
See how it turned out in our bathroom!

The main goal of our makeover was to combine both my husband, Brett, and my style.
F O R • M E :
I absolutely LOVE plants.
I truly believe plants make people happy, especially me!
F O R • H U B B Y :
Brett absolutely LOVES dinosaurs.
So I added some of his dinos in the bathroom.
…I added my touch to it by spray painting it gold!

We both like bringing nature in,
so we were thrilled to find this wooden mirror!
I absolutely love these wall beakers from CB2.
I know it seems tiny, but this is my favorite piece, because it means a lot to me.
It was one of my first purchases I made when I moved into my own little studio in Hollywood Hills about 6 years ago.
I have placed it in all of my apartments, condos, and now home.
They are the best!
and they are less than $3.
and there are different sizes too!!
We also updated the towel rack.
It was only $19!
Here are Brett’s dinosaurs!
I easily spray painted his dino gold to have it match our bathroom and style.
Do you spot the second dinosaur? It is tiny.

I am so glad (my husband, especially) that our bathroom makeover was UNDER $75.00! It makes a huge difference.
I love the design of your bathroom! I especially love how the plants and all the other decor make the bathroom look well-lit and thematic to a natural design.
I like the way you changed the room. You haven’t spent so much and the results are great so it’s perfect. I like the photos too!! – Paolo
Oh my gosh, this looks amazing! What a great idea!
I love your makeover. Your bathroom looks so beautiful and I am so inspired to do this at home too. Will check out peel and stick tiles.
