Why Essential Oils?
After reading the TOP 10 Essential Oils for Pregnancy, it all sounds nice, right? But then you may be asking…hm, WHY ESSENTIAL OILS?
Personally, I am more cautious when I am pregnant, as I am growing a little baby in me. I try my best not to take over-the-counter medicine, such as, Tylenol for headaches, IF I can find a more natural alternative, such as essential oils.
(NOTE: I am open to essential oils AND over-the-counter and prescribed medication. I believe that you should do what you feel is best for you! My first go-to will always be natural remedies (such as, essential oils) then will use other methods if that is not helping my situation.)
I personally take antidepressants daily for my depression and anxiety, but
I also use essential oils to help support my mental health and mood.
BOTH have helped me tremendously!
BEST Essential Oils to Buy!
DoTerra is my all time favorite essential oils brand. Growing up, my family were huge fans of essential oils. So I have always found it beneficial and supportive to my well-being.
Today, as essential oils become more popular, many essential oil brands unfortunately lower their quality of extracting plants and where they are getting their plants to make their essential oils more cost efficient.
For years, I was buying essential oils from whomever and where ever seemed like a “good deal.” I would purchase essential oils from Amazon, Whole Foods, etc. because who doesn’t want a “good” deal right?
But then I realized I was using them way too fast to get the correct potency, and then I was buying new essential oils way too often. THIS was an issue and a waste of money.
With DoTerra, you do not need to add as many drops in your diffuser or rollers to get the positive effects and benefits!
I love how transparent and honest DoTerra’s essential oils are. You can simply enter the code on your bottle to their website and see EXACTLY where, when, and all the specifics about your essential oil bottle.
Let’s state the obvious:
MOMS ARE AWESOME!
Because…we can do everything and anything! From growing a human to nurturing them for the rest of their lives, being a mom is a very rewarding “job”/role, but also very demanding on our bodies. Both mentally and physically.
I hope this post has been helpful for you!
This is by far one of my favorite posts, because essential oils have changed mine and my family’s lives for the better! We love that we have safe and natural methods to support us, emotionally and physically.
